The Institute Hall is managed by a Committee of volunteers for the benefit of the East Malling community and we very much value your support and your input.  The Annual General Meeting is when Trustees and Officer are elected, and when reports upon upon the previous year's activities are received.  Any resident over the age of 18 is entitled to attend and vote.  If you would like to come along you would be very welcome.
