Yoga (Wednesday Group)
​

Yoga is an art, a science and a philosophy.  It touches the life of man at every level - physical, mental and spiritual. 
​Come and join a very friendly group.  Learn through the practice of yoga postures how the mind, body and breath can be united resulting in a feeling of well-being, a balanced and harmonious state.

Classes cover very beneficial movements of the spine, pelvis/hips and shoulder girdle with breath awareness to release tension and stiffness in the body.   Each class will bring about improved posture, balance, flexibility, health and raise energy levels.  Practice postures to lengthen and strengthen the spine, improve muscle tone, keeping the body and mind healthy. 
Learn various breathing techniques to control anxiety/panic attacks, calm the nervous system and bring about an awareness of how to balance the mind, body and breath.
