Hire fees for private bookings are set out below (please contact us for commercial rates)

The Institute Hall is situated in the heart of East Malling village, adjacent to the King & Queen Public House.
There is a free car parking to the rear of the Hall, accessible from New Road through the King & Queen’s car park. Please note that this is a public car park owned and managed by the Parish Council, not the Hall.
The Hall is of a good size, measuring 14 x 6 metres with a usable height of 3 metres. It has capacity for 80 people seated or 100 non-seated. Tables and chairs are provided.
There is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a large oven/hob, microwave, fridge, a kettle, crockery and cutlery, and a serving hatch between the kitchen and the main Hall. There is no glassware and we do not provide tea towels.
There is a separate Committee Room which can be hired at a rate of £11.00 per hour. However, please note that we are unable to hire out the Committee Room if the Hall is subject to a booking by another hirer.
