New 6 week class starting on 4th Sept at 9.30am Each class - 90 minutes
Come along and enjoy a traditional Yoga class to de-stress and melt away any anxiety. Breath work, relaxation, meditation, and plenty of flowing yoga poses. Beginners and Intermediate welcome.
I will be tailoring each pose to give various levels dependent on your ability so numbers will be small so we can focus on your personal practice. Challenge your body and focus your mind for an hour and a half of bliss.
